    What should we send for a labor estimate?

    Send the show name, booth number and size, move-in window, drawings, setup instructions, freight details, utility orders, equipment needs, and dismantle requirements that are already known.

    When should we request an I&D quote?

    Start as soon as the booth footprint, show, and approximate freight plan are known. Earlier planning leaves more time to clarify drawings, insurance, utilities, move-in constraints, and packing responsibilities.
