Greenbuild booth installation and dismantle at Javits

October 20-23, 2026; expo October 21-22Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, New York, NY

Plan product-heavy Greenbuild exhibits around architectural samples, building materials, mockups, utility dependencies, reusable crates, finish protection, and a responsible move-out sequence.

Greenbuild planning notes

Material-heavy exhibits need weights, access, packaging, and recovery planned together.

Architectural products and building samples can be dense, awkward, fragile, or reusable. The installation plan should identify handling needs, floor protection, assembly order, utilities, and the intended destination of every material after the expo.

Samples and mockups

Document weights, connection details, lifting needs, floor loading questions, and finish risks before freight arrives.

Reusable systems and crates

Preserve labeled packaging and plan disassembly so materials can return, tour, recycle, or be recovered as intended.

Utility-ready sequencing

Complete the physical build in the order needed for separately controlled electrical, plumbing, internet, AV, and rigging work.

    Quick answers

    Before you request Greenbuild labor.

What should I send for a labor quote?

Send the booth number and size, move-in window, installation and dismantle scope, drawings, setup instructions, and any known freight, utility, rigging, or equipment requirements.

Can Long Island Exposition quote installation and dismantle together?

Yes. Select labor, setup, or dismantle in the form and identify whether you need installation, dismantle, or both. We will scope the requested work from the information you provide.

Which Greenbuild dates should I use?

This page lists October 20-23, 2026; expo October 21-22. Use the move-in, show, and move-out schedule in your current exhibitor materials when requesting labor because official schedules and deadlines control.
