Security technology show at the Javits Center
ISC East booth installation and dismantle
Prepare cameras, access-control hardware, sensors, demonstration counters, graphics, utilities, secure product storage, and reusable packing through a supervised Javits booth build.
ISC East planning notes
Live security demonstrations need a dependable physical and technical handoff.
The booth structure, mounts, counters, graphics, storage, and cable paths need to be complete before hardware commissioning. A clear division of responsibilities keeps the exhibit crew, technical team, and product team from working over one another.
Demo hardware placement
Map cameras, sensors, readers, control panels, displays, and protected storage to the booth drawing.
Electrical and data sequence
Coordinate physical installation with separately controlled power, internet, AV, and any overhead work.
Secure product closeout
Separate valuable demo equipment from reusable booth hardware and document who packs each category.

Quick answers
Before you request ISC East labor.
What should I send for a labor quote?
Send the booth number and size, move-in window, installation and dismantle scope, drawings, setup instructions, and any known freight, utility, rigging, or equipment requirements.
Can Long Island Exposition quote installation and dismantle together?
Yes. Select labor, setup, or dismantle in the form and identify whether you need installation, dismantle, or both. We will scope the requested work from the information you provide.
Which ISC East dates should I use?
This page lists November 3-5, 2026; exhibit hall November 4-5. Use the move-in, show, and move-out schedule in your current exhibitor materials when requesting labor because official schedules and deadlines control.
Long Island Exposition provides booth installation and dismantle planning, labor coordination, and onsite supervision. ISC East and venue names are used only to identify the event and location.
