SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text-message programs operated by Long Island Exposition LLC ("Long Island Exposition").

Operations alerts

The current program sends low-volume operational alerts to employees and authorized internal team members who have directly agreed to participate. Messages may identify a new service lead, a reviewed customer email, a new exhibitor order, or an order-status change that requires staff review. A text recipient cannot charge a customer, change an order, access a saved payment method, or complete another payment action by replying to a message.

Enrollment and consent

Participation is limited to recipients who provide a mobile number and directly agree to receive recurring operational text messages from Long Island Exposition. Consent is recorded before the number is added to the restricted recipient list. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with business activity. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. After an opt-out request is processed, one confirmation message may be sent and no further messages will be sent through that program unless the recipient enrolls again. Reply HELP for help, email info@longislandexposition.com, or call (631) 608-3210.

Supported delivery

Delivery depends on the recipient's device, wireless carrier, network availability, and accurate enrollment information. SMS is not an emergency channel and should not be used to report an immediate threat to health or safety.

Privacy

Our handling of mobile information and consent records is described in the Long Island Exposition Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms when the program or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted here with its effective date.
